As your interim manager, I assume responsibility in your M&A or post-merger integration project, in restructuring/reorganization, or in Executive Finance positions, for example as Interim CFO.
Different to the standard approach in consulting, my engagement does not end post analysis and design phase: I work on implementation, jointly with your team.

In my work as interim manager, I put specific focus on following subjects:
- (Post-merger) Integration (PMI and M&A): Integration of acquisitions into the existing organization. Project and synergy planning, process definition and implementation, mergers, works council negotiations, change management, and coordination of ERP roll-out projects. - Design, implementation and management of transformation, restructuring and change projects, e.g. site closures, staff reduction, production transfers, changes in organization, processes and task allocation, strategy development and implementation.
- Executive Finance in complex enterprise structures and/or international businesses (CFO, Director Controlling)
- ERP implementation/roll-outs: Project management, planning, activity coordination, process documentation, gap analysis, user acceptance test etc.
