Solutions are my Passion
I develop solutions in Post-merger Integration/Carve-out, Business Transformation and Executive Finance, focused on the manufacturing industry. My assignment ensures implementation of my mandators’ plans and intentions, thus achievement of financial and strategic objectives.
As a project manager I rely on my broad process know-how gained in CFO-roles; as a CFO I apply my rich transformation experience. In this way, CFO-knowledge and understanding of transformation processes supplement each other for a perfect fit in your strategic endeavors.
Getting the job done is my focus – always. On an operational level I roll up my sleeves and go about the task; on a strategic level I am the C-suite sparring partner.
My Goal is your Success
To me, interim management is not a period between two permanent roles: I love my profession. Supporting my client with my project-specific know-how makes me happy in each and every mandate.
- Business Transformation: PMO functions; design, implementation and management of transformation, restructuring and change projects, e.g. site closures, staff reduction, production transfers, changes in organization, processes and task allocation, profitability improvement by portfolio management, strategy development and implementation.
- Post-merger Integration / Carve-out: Operative integration of acquisitions, or spin-off organization. PMO set-up and management, project and synergy planning, process definition and implementation, merger preparation, works council negotiations, change management, and coordination of ERP roll-out projects.
- Executive Finance: Finance leadership positions in complex enterprise structures and/or international businesses (CFO, Director Controlling); BPO Finance
Strategic Project or Critical Vacancy, but no Resource?
For three decades I have solved issues in the manufacturing industry in Chemicals, Automotive, Plant Engineering & Construction, Life Sciences, FMCG (including e-commerce) and Food. Customers entrust me with interim management assignments in key project or line management functions.
Consultant vs. Interim Manager
The consultant analyzes, hands over a report, and leaves. My job does not end post analysis and concept: My strengths as an interim manager are in planning and implementation. I remove your bottleneck reliably and pull my weight from Day 1.

Interim Management Provider vs. Direct Contract
Agencies mark up the interim manager’s daily rate for their services. As an alternative, you may contract with me directly – fast, without commissions or detours. My service is the same – the budget is not.
